Kerry Rowlands, Director of Manawa Recruitment, brings over 20 years’ experience in construction, sales, and technical recruitment across the UK and Aotearoa. Passionate about connecting people with meaningful opportunities, he leads with authenticity and purpose.

Outside of work, Kerry is a proud husband and father of four, sports coach, outdoor enthusiast, and community advocate, with whakapapa to Ngāti Porou, Ngāti Rākaipaaka, Wales, England, and Scotland.
